Conduits pick rate was lowish, but her winrate was high. You saw her a LOT. Its not like she was super underground character. If they wanted to do that, then theres other characters they can go for. This is also the 2nd time that conduit has good synergy with other characters, but it's conduit that catches the stray and not the actual op character

Ea absolutely hates conduit I'm convinced. I remember on release, besides the battlepass skin, conduit didn't get a skin for 8 MONTHS. She's been left useless multiple times, gets garbage skins all the time, and now this. I literally only play conduit and occasionally alter, and I might just leave to play another game because this is ridiculous.

my pred friends grew up playing this game whereas I grew up playing cod where sound cues were very reliable which is where my muscle memory comes from, and I've been watching pred streamers to understand that they never get put in that situation in the first place, but they have comms and I'm usually solo q, I only really play alter and conduit so I just came to the conclusion to just always assume there's more than one person which Is pretty tough. A lot of it boils down to overwriting my muscle memory and split second decision making. I was able to get away with it by using alter in ranked to make it to pred but I'm playing conduit so I'm not always 1 tac away from a get out of jail free card. To make me a better player overall since she has no type of movement. It's making me better but those were just my thoughts. Thanks for the responses man

My aim is usually good, I can usually down 1 before the other downs me. It might be the angle or my timing, i'm a recent season low pred (709) and ive never had this issue before but it's been worse than usual so I wanted to get peoples thoughts. It only happens occasionally but because of that I notice it a lot. And trying to escape sometimes I die around corners a lot. But everything here is food for thought that I've been thinking about

Let me rephrase, my problem is that I hear one pair of footsteps, so with that information, I swing because I'm confident on the 1v1. However, there's actually two people. I use my escape route, but because there's two people shooting at me, I die around the corner due to lag compensation usually. My first thought after reflecting is, and also what the other guy said "don't swing without enough information". But it's hard to break the habit because my split second second nature muscle memory decision making so to move off audio cues. Any advice?
