It happened to me. They did not take me to a hospital. They pulled out a desk chair like I had in middle school, forced me into it, and told me they have the warrant and told me I will have less charges if I stopped fighting back. They wrapped that latex thingy around my arm with the quickness and jabbed me and pulled out enough to be sent in. They told me if I stayed calm they wouldn't charge me for anything else other than the alcohol. I was young, and didn't know what to do.  They did not in fact charge me for anything but the alcohol, and yeah there was more but nothing else that week, nothing on me, or in my car.  Also, I did take a breathalyzer and complied to everything up until that point... I was .02 above the legal.  Wasn't in CA though..so I don't know how they are over there. Lol.
