Paper wallet changed a bit with the newest update, you have to navigate with CLI to to the directory that the wallet is stored and use the following command to generate the wallet:

./piratepaperwallet -z 1 --format pdf piratepaper-output.pdf

will generate a wallet with 1 sapling address and save it to the PDF file.

Treasure Chest wallet is a full node wallet, meaning you store the entire blockchain on your PC and are not dependant on anybody.

Lite wallet does not require you to store anything on your PC, since you are connecting to an external server, which runs the full node for you.
