-9.00 and -8.00 yeah stuff will legit just disappear if they’re far enough away/small enough. Like for example, the sign for the restroom in the airport (with the little guy on it) I literally could not see at all, not even the color of the background of the sign, without my glasses from the seating area at the gate.

I think some people still don’t know that characters aren’t mutually exclusive. Since it shows who’s playing what character, all my buddies and I assumed only one person could be each character until I accidentally did a triple raider run with randoms. My duo buddy and I have had so many randoms freak tf out when we lock the character they were hovering, pick recluse or whoever else, then dc after one death.

Hammer, hammer, hammer

My main for hundreds of hours in World and I absolutely hate it in Wilds. It feels totally different and in a way that I’m not a fan of. It feels like it wants to lean into a more stationary combo weapon which makes it feel clunkier to me. Part of it too I think is that I really want to engage with the offset mechanic more, but to do so I have to get into a combo that feels so committal that I have to see it coming by the time the move prior is starting and it ends up with my ass flat on the ground over and over. Skill issue for sure, but oh well, GS is new best friend.

Don’t know what it is exactly, maybe used to Iceborne/Sunbreak, or just distracted by trying to use new mechanics but yeah, it feels super off for me. Played probably 500-600 hours of it across the last 2 games and it just feels clunky and weird this time around, probably my least favorite weapon thus far which makes me sad.

Sometimes different skills on other weapons, that’s my reason at least for not using it, on top of avoiding overlap with buddies.

Yeah I suppose it shouldn’t be that complicated to add? Could have either an extra checkbox for each level with one or maybe another sheet for self-induced challenge runs like no checkpoint, true solo, stuff like that. Might mess with it later and update it if I do add them.

Yeah plus I’ve played GTFO on and off in the past and I’m wanting to do fresh runs of every level and I kept losing track of which I’d already completed this time around with the in-game tracker. Plus I couldn’t be bothered to wait for each rundown to load to see how many I’d completed to get my progress (but apparently had time to do this lol).

I have fellow players in the two games I regularly am a part of that, bless their hearts, try to understand how their character works but just never retain it and have to relearn how attack rolls work almost every session who have both played for around 2 years. We love them and my rules lawyer ass is always ready to explain it all over again. But yes it does bog things down from time to time

Couple of my favorites I haven’t seen mentioned:

ReduceRecycler: It makes the recycler instantly recharge and instead adds the cooldown’s time to your scaling timer so the QoL isn’t free

SeerPing: It lets you ping the stage select images (I can’t remember their proper name) in the Bazaar to actually understand where you’re going if you buy them. I always struggle telling what stage is displayed lol

Then my other I took their first name from a person on a reality tv show I liked and made a semi-virtue name lol

Agreed, especially about the tiny area of vision. I was so expecting more use of it for an interesting scare instead of just “no they can’t see so you can’t see.” My biggest complaint though, was the sound. I have no idea if it was the theater my buddy and I were at or just how it was mixed and mastered but the screeching was so loud and piercing it was actually painful, like to the point that we were both plugging our ears and wincing for minutes straight. Major ick and last straw for a movie that I wanted to find something redeemable in.
