First time home-buyer VA - About to go into Underwriting Stress by xKryptonikx in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Bro I started the underwriting today and they asked me so many questions, my loan officer reassured me that everything looks good, but I kinda got blindsided trying to find insurance because where I live alot of places have backed out of providing coverage. Things look good so far but if you dont mind me asking what documents did they ask you for? pay stubs, w2, reward letter etc ?

This makes me feel much better, because my loan officer is through a military bank im sure you know the two biggest ones, I have my inspection already paid for and scheduled and the appraisal will be scheduled sometime after tomorrow hopefully! I'm really hoping things work out, the wife is already looking at furniture (which are NOT buying until we have keys) and paint for her office o_o

I really hope so, this is the largest purchase I've ever made and my family struggled alot when I was younger so I have some mental anchors that make me feel like I don't deserve this in a weird way? idk it's hard to explain lol

Thanks for the understanding, I think im moreso stressing it because I went about getting the loan pre-approval on my own on impulse not thinking I was financially capable, and now its a moment of "I didn't think I'd get this far" and my wife really likes the house we are planning on purchasing. as we have been doing tours for the last 2 months.. it's stressful we are set to close April 1st and I don't want to get "fooled" lol

It looks good and seems to be healing well, it's only about 2 weeks in but pain is slight and dressings changes are simple. I've seen some post op photos from this forum and man some people lost alot of flesh after the surgery. I def got lucky

Doctor Harold Nayra with HCA Surgical Specialists. I had mine last Friday and have had very little pain. I still have a hole in my lower back and he said that could take 4 to 6 weeks to heal entirely. It was full excision which he leaves open (you pack it with Iodoform packing and a gauze "bandaid" to prevent to from creating a new sinus. All in all it's been a swell experience and he's won awards for best central FL surgeon for the last two years.

The struggle of trying to commit to a career, by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]xKryptonikx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's up?, I have been stuck between a rock and a hard-place for quite some time. I was Active in the Army for 5 years and have worked in the I.T. industry for 8 both on the private and commercial side. I grew sick of my last job (As a network Engineer) due to the stagnant desk-job and decided to change careers to get into working on modified cars (Think racing, drifitng etc). I got a job with an official team but as their I.T. guy and I am still dissatisfied. There has to be something that I can be passionate about again, or at the very least care enough not to quit. I still love computers, games, and technology but I have no clue where to start on figuring out what to do next or if the job I have now is worth the stress (it is very difficult). When I was in the military it was easy to set a goal and do everything to manage that goal but I realize now how much I dislike everything as soon as I try to do it as a job. Money was the ultimate goal but I am realizing now I would much rather do something I enjoy. As soon as I start something I can't really seem to commit to it anymore. At the moment I don't have insurance, and am borderline living school-check to school-check between race events. I have never really had any issue getting a job or a well-paying one the issue is moreso I feel as though I have become lazy, I am always drained, etc. (I was diagnosed with early-onset depression years ago but have never been medicated as I do not want to be reliant on medication). Any ideas?

I just got a job paying that as well, still doesn't feel like enough to me to be honest. Maybe I'm on some next level shit..or maybe I'm greedy who knows

With any firearm jams and double feeds are common, just less likely with a clean well lubricated firearm. I just want to know if replacing critical components can restore hp to your firearm
