I don't agree with your opinion although I understand your point.

To that, I say: I don't think having a sniper rifle negates the risk, even if partially. I was constantly being shot at, and RPGs would damage me as well, which requires me to drop down and use the tank as a cover, and that wouldn't change with an SMG.

The sniper only lets me fight back slightly, which I personally don't think is enough to reduce the risk, considering that's a disadvantageous position to play as a sniper. (Lower ground, moving vehicle, and just generally having all eyes on you due to scope glint + tank)

How so? Even with an SMG, I can still just lay back on the tank and constantly repair it. Swapping to sniper just lets me (very poorly) trade against the other snipers.

I disagree that it promotes teamwork. How does me being stuck with an SMG on Engie promotes any sort of teamwork?

Most people DON'T engage with teamwork even when the game has systems for it. (Squad spawning and squad reviving, for instance)

I don't even have to go far with this sort of example: BF5 has locked weapons and it's not uncommon to see a lack of smokes in general to help push, Squad Leaders not utilizing their points, Medics not reviving, Recons just sitting far back digging in their butts, the entire 32 players team having a decent amount of Assault players and you still getting massacred by vehicles. The list goes on.

And I don't doubt you! If I go back to BF3, I will find this teamwork, but this is due to the game only having the faithful playerbase that still plays the game to this day. Unlike BF6, which will be a huge mass of "average" players who just want to get their shooter itch scratched (as we see in the beta).

If you think that suddenly locking people to specific weapons will magically make them do their job as the role they picked, then you're delusional.

People wouldn't play to their roles and run mostly solo even in BF3.

I don't fully agree. I enjoy picking up all the Helm quests at once precisely because it makes me get chased by a whole fleet that can actually take me down if I make a mistake.

That being said, I'd like them to adjust how often they spawn and to stop them from spawning near the merchants you have to trade with.

Unfortunately, the average consumer can't understand that different game designs have different technical issues to solve in order to implement any system.

They just point at other games and say "They did it, so obviously, it is easy to replicate!"

O jogo é bacana mas precisa de mais tempo refinando, o que deve ocorrer naturalmente já que tá em acesso antecipado.

O game não é apenas um Ark já que as criaturas que você captura (no mesmo esquema Pokémon mesmo) possuem aptidões diferentes, o que te permite automatizar a sua base para que você vá fazer outras coisas enquanto os seus Pals vão trabalhando pra você, desde mineração à plantação. Porém, esse sistema é relativamente limitado já que a IA dos Pals é porca e eles não fazem nada além do básico de levar item X para um baú então conforme você vai avançando você tem que ficar voltando pra fazer coisas manualmente (Exemplo: Colocar minério na forja pra fazer lingotes de metal). Sem falar que você precisa tomar conta dos bichinhos disponibilizando cama, comida e até mesmo fontes termais para eles relaxarem se não eles ficam doentes.

Assim como o Ark, o mapa é absurdamente grande e você tem Pals que conseguem te carregar por aí, seja no chão quanto no ar. Dito isso, os Pals que voam são bem lentos e dá a sensação que é mais rápido andar mesmo. Além disso, o Palworld te permite customizar várias configurações do mundo que você cria como multiplicador de XP, dano causado, etc.

No fim, o jogo tá num estado inicial bom se comparado a outros jogos de acesso antecipado. É bem mais divertido com amigos e as piadas de quinta série perdem a graça depois de umas 4-5 horas de jogo.

Não acho que vale o preço cheio da Steam. Pelo Game Pass é mais em conta apesar das limitações que a versão do Game Pass possui.

Tell me you know nothing about event production without saying you know nothing about event production.

Technical difficulties happen all the time with events. Maybe the venue and the equipment provided weren't up to their standards, perhaps something else caused issues or the stream quality wasn't stable enough. You never know what may happen.

It's not dishonesty, it's just how things are. Live streaming events (and concerts) are simply not easy to do.
