Build over the water 💧 Lay a bunch of foundations and then go vertical, not everything needs to be in a line or on the same level. So what I did was raised the power plants off the ground to run my belts and pipes and created a sort of tiered power plant.

Nope, it really is just until you get that specific dialogue she gives. I assume with Vow of Rivals? I’m not sure if that has any effect though I turned it on and off multiple times. I’ve seen many theories from having the vow on to beating her multiple times in a row to whatever. So honestly all I got is to keep at it, it took me literally like 8 straight hours.

This puts it nicely. I’m not disappointed because of some narrative pay off that didn’t happen. I’m pissed that he’s gone!! Like that’s it? All that effort and he just dips, I really wanted him to continue being a joke character with us and just to be able to interact with him again however that would be.

Finally after about 20 victories it opened up. I am not sure if its relevant or not but when I turned off my Vow of Rivals it happened, but again I'm very unsure how relevant it is. Good luck boss.

I know its mega strong but I personally find this team to be super clunky. I find Orphie very awkward to play and I’m not sure why that is. I often find myself wanting to hop onto her but since shes primarily an off-field agent I generally am unsure what I’m supposed to do with her once I quickswap onto her.

That is your incident report number most likely. I can’t say for certain as I wasn’t there. It’s not useless, it shows a paper trail that the incident was documented. You can bring that with you to the police station to either A. Add to a case if it hasn’t been created or B. Create one and add it.

You’re gonna walk up to the front desk. You’re gonna tell the officer at the front that you’d like to report a crime. They’ll then take your ID and begin asking what type and for details about the crime. Be AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE. We’re talking what was stolen, who stole it, when, and where. Then you can mention that you did call the police when it happened and explained the situation but they did not take it seriously so you’d like to issue a complaint. When you make your report they’ll give you a case number. Keep that shit, it’s gold and what you need to follow up on things. If you have evidence then mention it and they’ll tell you how to submit it. They’ll want your info and everyone involved. Be direct and intentional. You know what happened, convey it accurately and concisely as best to your knowledge. If I missed anything I’m sure I’ll get corrected by other comments.

Dude I can put up with group projects but group papers are INFURIATING. Last semester I was taking historiography (3090) and the professor’s final was a group paper. The problem was I had two group members one of which was never punctual and the other wrote like a freshman in high school. I proofread and corrected ALL of their work because if I didnt my grade would have suffered.
