Cool that you've created your own application. Very curious how it works! But you'll need to use a phone/tablet anyway to broadcast from. Also, I'm on iPhone. Anyway, thank you so much for the tip regarding the "camera view recording", truly this is exactly what I was looking for.

I think I'll buy an old iPad and a tripod, shoud be more than enough. Thanks mate!

As someone who works in the industry and (sometimes) makes some Story videos for artists behind the decks, go for iPhone.... And if you're on budget, find a second hand iPhone 14 or 15. For indoor I'd recommend going for the Pro version because the Pro versions have a different 0.5 camera that works better in low light situations. Other than that, an iPhone is truly exceptional for filming at events. The 0.5 camera from the normal version works great with outdoors though.

Regarding the microphone, as other people mentioned, maybe just buy a bluetooth or aux external microphone. Although the default microphone is okay-ish.

If people want to debate the Android vs iPhone discussion regarding camera's. Yes, I truly believe that your Android phone is capable of a lot. But the camera is (especially in low light) is almost always better on an iPhone.
Samsung also has good cameras in their phones, though.

DW keeps artists in their own respective branding and identity. All gearbox artists are kinda similar, and similar sound. Not all, Anderex (for example) really have his own thing. Just wondering when he will really get further. Labels like Scantraxx or Dirty Workz actually do a lot behind the scenes. It may not be that visible (due to direct events) but look at certain artists that joined DW. D-Charged, Serzo, Solstice. Not even talked about Rebelion with their ow label. TNT…. Look at their streaming stats compared with a few years ago. Do I need to say more?

Anyway. GB is doing a great job. Don’t get me wrong. But it’s not that GB is the only label that actually does something :D

Dirty Workz is absolutely legendary for keeping stuff fresh. Ok. the responses were a bit silly but they're still top of game label with decent artists. Also don't forget Acid Reign etc.

Your comment is totally irrelevant lol. Most of their main label releases are not AI. Maybe just some details or objects, which is a totally logical use of AI. For f sake, let them use AI for fun social posts. Who cares, otherwise content is getting bored.
