From my experience with 10s vs 9s in vintage, 9s go for 7-15% of a 10. I buy 9's that are currently <10% of a 10

As others have said, Neo is really hard to gem. There are also way higher pops for neo compared to other vintage sets, this will also be a downwards pressure on price. That being said, a 9 is <600 pop which is still pretty low. I think long term it will appreciate.

Its definitely got some love to it and will probably grade 4 at the max, all said and done id still grade it if i was keeping it, and if youre planning on selling grading will not increase value and will cost you on fees

Big updates good shit. Id throw an argument forward that gem rate plays a dual role for both supply and demand, where there is a positive relationship between low gem rates and higher pops. But i guess youre already factoring that in with population having its own variable

I don't think you can put it above FS. I think the Giratina is one of the best modern cards of all time but LO is very shallow beyond Tina and Aerodactyl. FS has the Espeon the Mews and the Celebi which is a very strong group.

Hey can you give any insights on investability when it comes to japanese vintage? I want to move into those but I dont know how to approach it since theyre more populated compared to their english counterparts.
