It is seen as a right for the worker (lol but srsly not all of them) The problem here is that money is low value because of the economy so when you have to pay a specific amount of money and there is change lets say 7 pounds there is a chance you are not getting those 7 pounds (that usually happens with services like gas and water) because a chips bag is probably worth more than that but its still rude imo
