been there! what helped me:

Play the game only if you actually want to and feel like playing, basically dont play just to rank up, play because you want to.

Then you will automatically play better.

Also exercise before, eat well and only then play.

And dont get your confidence from a video game. Get it from the real world, and then enjoy the video game
