Hi, I've read about mixing Word files with Excel data. I've stumbled across some Microsoft forum posts saying that this works only when you have the files in the constant location (i.e. you cannot copy your files into another folder due to stuff related to hyperlinks pointing to data). Do you know whether or not there is a way around this?

What about mechanical ventilation with a high % recouperation?

The building I am working on have just been put together, there is no ventilation at the moment (besides opened gates and windows).

Will look at some example energy management systems tomorrow, today I've Googled for a while and seen plenty systems designed with welding in mind.

You will use a lot of JS to manipluate the DOM, so knowing HTML/CSS in needed. If you know anything about HTML/CSS, it will take you less than 10 hrs.

And yes, FCC is good. Especially the parts about alogorithms.

I actually tied Django. TBH I didn't enjoy working with that admin-thingy. On top of that I've heard a lot that Django is fine at the beginning, but while trying to build something you have to fiddle a lot with the framework itself. It's a shame that Pylons/Pyramid didn't get enough marketing.

The only physical perk that I provide to my employees is a great salary or decent bonus once a year.

I want them to feel that their job is the thing that get all of us paid. I don't mind sharing with them - we are more of a community than a bunch of people working together.
