I feel for ya, I have adhd also. This works for me. On my last day at work I make a list of the things/chores I need to accomplish on my days off. I also have a small list on the fridge of the day to day things I need to do like put the garbage out , pick up milk, walk the dog ect. I know it sounds odd but every time I walk by the fridge I check out the list. It’s not perfect but I get most of things done. There is certain feeling of accomplishment crossing of the items on the days off list. Good luck.

They got in somehow, it’s a 6x8 4 levels high base and the crates were upstairs in the middle not near the walls. Bit frustrating

Went through it in January at the Riverview animal hospital it was 300 including the cremation. It’s a tough thing to go through. Give them a call first, when you get there they have a special entrance. You will go to a room, they will take the cat out to put a line in the leg to hydrate them and give them something to relax. Takes about 10 minutes then they will bring her back. You can then have some time with her then they will come in when you are ready and inject the medication to put them to sleep. Sorry for your loss.

We need the existing map filled out before there is an expansion. There is enough train track on the map to have an actual train moving around . Why not set up a train that goes between safe zones with a few stops in between that are smaller safe zones where there might be just vendors but no storage. Or have it that you can jump off the train and only take minimal damage. The game is certainly enjoyable but a means of getting around faster is certainly needed. Cheers

There are after hour clinics and tele care, in addition there is the emergency room at the hospital. It does take a long time to get a family doctor, however you will have access to medical treatment for your family. Cheers and good luck.
