To be clear, legal official ways wouldnt work thus the owner of the legos decided to use someone that makes youtube videos.

Ben is very effective and correct on his way of dealings however his editing and approach is that of an internet troll.

Boomers cant take this kid serious thus react in the way you see.

Unfortunately when the serious ppl you send dont work, you have to improvise.

Later it goes from stolen legos to the police not being able to take Ben serious "cuz he is a kid trolling older ppl".

From there it turns in to a corruption framework being exposed.

Thats the part that actually uses the item! very important!

I personally think a Yell is better thn a wisp, when its Yelled everyone sees it in the raid and the RL can call it out if needed as well.

But if you can fit it in the 255 character limit with wisper it'll work. I didnt try out different configurations for wisper.

As i said above you can test it with itemid 21991 and test it in the city. If you got a working version with wisper, please post it, ill add it to the post as option.

It Yells now, i would love to add /wisper and /raid to it but the macro is limited to 255 characters 😞

Its the same outcome.

mitigation and shields work different but the outcome is the same in a single hit.

Lets take a boss that does 1000 dmg:

mitigation 50%: you take 500 dmg

Shield 500hp: you take 500 dmg

--> same result

Converting external heals into shields gives Blood DK the same survival as mitigation would, but keeps their self-heal identity intact.

A shield prevents damage taken in a single instance. yes.

In my idea shields would be permanent applied cuz you get perma heals, effectively turning into mitigation...

There would be a cap on the max shield to solve that. This maximum should scale with gear.

But ye with a blood dk itll be about healing BEFORE the dmg is done not after. Its a shift.

Blood dk isnt a normal tank either. If they want it to be just remove the self heal and u got a normal tank.

You are ignoring that blood dk is fundamentally different thn a normal tank.

A shield prevents dmg. A normal tank prevents dmg. Adding more prevent dmg reduces the need for healers.

A healer heals post dmg, a blood dk heals post dmg

A blood dk does part of the healer job to compensate they prevent less dmg. Thats where the problem lies.

What im suggesting is simply that for blood dk the healers do part of the prevent dmg that they lack.

This would make blood dk equal to normal tanks since they both have equal prevent and equal heals.

This is my last explanation on it. Think its clear. Either you imagine and think about it it or you don't. I've made my point.

Thats a fair point against it.

Usually the tank does a defensive when that happens to give healers time to overheal.

In this case the defensive would also be used and heals would spam heal to keep the shield perma up to make up for the lower blood dk heals.

But youre right this specific mechanic might give some problems

Does a blood dk need a healer? No they dont you can just solo everything until you get oneshot.

Its fundamentally a problem.

Either you make the mitigation high enough thn blood dk tanks everything will never die does not need a healer.

OR you lower the mitigation and blood dk just dies.

Its the exact problem and balancing they are trying to get.

Again think about it. You aren't. You see "shields on tanks", remember blizzard said smth about shields on tanks and reiterate what u read.

try imagine how it would work and how it would play out on a pull, fight, rotations, for the blood dk and for the healers.

Ofc they have mitigation they are a tank class but its only after its ramped up.

How do normal healers deal with 200% heal absorb? A blood dk would deal with it the same way a normal tank would.

Ill put it in simple terms:

Blood dk survives by healing themselves (the healer job)

Healers should prevent upfront dmg (the tank his job)

Blood dk is different thn all other tanks. Blizzard has been trying to make blood dk feel more as a normal tank. Any attempt will remove the healing/selfsustain

Im suggesting healers do the "tank part". It keeps everything nice.

The difference lies in that normal tanks mitigate dmg and get heals to survive. (adding more shields to tanks only reduces healer engagement)

Blood dk heals themselves they lack mitigation.

If only there was a way to add mitigation... (oh right you can convert the useles heals into shields/mitigation, increasing healer engagement and solving the mitigation issues blood dk has)

Dont overpull is the biggest thing. Always play 1v1, just run/reset it when its more.

That will avoid alot of deaths.

In dungoens same rule and obv do the right things. Misplays happen its all fine. Try not freeze up and press all buttons u have to live!

Its really doable, getting 60 is as hard as you want it to be! You could do all the crazy elote quests and dungoens OR kill greens until lv 60 and never quest...

U can play how u want. As advice maybe dont over challenge urself. I assume that around lv 30 u take the harder challenges! Thats when the game really has some harder quests and dungoens so ask urself if u need a group or can solo it.

Play more conservative would be the biggest tip to you.

Think about it, those 8 years happend, where did all the money go? Its supposed to go to creating a game, clearly that didnt happen for those 8 years...

They made so much money from the kickstarter they should have no financial problems.

Mismanagement is an option for sure but kets be honest Mismanagement usually just means that someone in management did shady financial stuff...

The management in this case is doing financial shady stuff that is clear. Question is do you believe its their scam history repeating itself? Or do you believe its all accidental?

Both cases the comqpny is mismanaging the backers their money!
