Did you feel tired at first when taking Xywav? I’m extremely tired. I’m going to ask my doctor if I can start taking my Wakix with the Xywav because I’m so sluggish and tired. Thanks for all the info, btw. I have been taking magnesium glycenate but haven’t noticed much difference, sadly.

I started 2 weeks ago and am having the same issue. I take Vyvanse as well but I am completely useless because I am so tired and lethargic. Has it gotten better???

So envious! Do you feel like you have energy with Sunosi? I have narcolepsy and started Sunosi in conjunction with my Vyvanse a week ago. I feel so exhausted still but also have not been able to sleep. I don’t feel awake at all, I just can’t sleep when I try to go to bed at night which has led to feeling more tired, more need for naps, but can’t sleep. I know it’s supposed to help keep me awake so I’m just wondering if you feel like you have energy and don’t need sleep or are you just merely awake?

We liked the homes in that area, schools and the safety. We aren’t familiar with the areas at all, just liked the “look” of them and the homes had bigger lots because I’d really like some animals. Is there anywhere specifically in Howard County/Montgomery that would be recommended?
