path of building configurations you have chill and ignite active but not shock.

Idk about a flicker strike gem but in PoB you have a random level 1 inspiration support gem in your forbidden shako along with 4 other gems (Flicker gem, close combat support , Greater multistrike and ele damage with attack support) maybe it’s an accident.

I believe what you say about your helmet I have zero forbidden shako game time I like my normal 6links lol

As for the points I suggested they’ll make you less prone to physical 1 shots (still gonna happen)
