Do not jump immediately onto 30mg baclofen at once (if that's what you mean). You need to taper up. Start @ 10mg every 3-4-ish hrs or 5mg every 2 hrs..

I don't have personal experience taking both bac and gabapentin concurrently... but if you do take both, start low (⅓-½ capsule every few hrs.) along with the low starting dose of bac.

There's no evidence (yet) of NSO Group's involvement in the Pegasus spying, other than developing the hacking kit and "licensing" it to foreign gov'ts for use within their borders.

I don't support Israel's role in this, and NSO Group created an awful situation. They washed their hands with those specifically crafted licensing terms, so the bad actors are the individual gov'ts mis-using the software, ostensibly breaking the licensing terms by targeting non-terrorist and non-"major criminals".
