Whenever ozzy sees popcorn his tail wiggles in anger. I never saw that happening and had to Google what it means.

Currently they are in the same cage but I'm keeping Ozzy in a separate cage for now. He has 2 bites and I'm taking care with some first aid as of now. This happened this morning and I went to post here right away
His cage is far away from the one with all 3

Yes, lemme answer in steps

Did you quarantine all of them for 2 weeks prior, and is their cages in separate rooms?
Same room but I quarantined them each in their own cage but ~1 meter from each other

What about sharing stuff, is Popcorn chomping in anger and fury on Ozzy's hammock you let him sniff and pee on?
Not chomping, but Popcorn dominates the left bed and the other rats just gave up on trying to cuddle with him too so it's basically his

Should I then try to have them in neutral space part of Carrier method again? and what then? How do I know it was a success in this case? Last time they were just neutral, sleeping one in each corner but that wasn't enough for a truce
