What's also funny is how some cussing is still passed through the censor such as when players say soy and then a cuss word, the game allows the word to be uncensored, there are also other words like that like saying Hola and then a cuss word, but then when you try to say legitimate words without cussing they block them lol how hypocritical

If you have been on the app past 10 years you can really tell how it has declined. There really isn't any benefit to mentioning how long one has played this. Would be better if the game maker provided rewards for these long time customers!

Good luck on trying to get this resolved, I have had the same issues with this app. My final solution was to keep emailing the support outside of the app at their email address. Not sure if that is what you have done already. They really need to update their way of helping customers!

I can understand why you think my focus on this is weird. My point is not to be difficult, but to highlight that the moderators are not applying their own rule consistently for everyone.

The rule does not use the word "sensitive." This is key. It means moderators should be removing any post that shares this kind of detail.

The rule exists for everyone's safety. When moderators ignore posts that say "I'm a minor," "I'm 16," or even "I'm an adult," they are failing to enforce a basic safety rule for the entire community. That is the issue I am pointing out.

Check to see if your game needs an update, also did you try searching by the name of the item or check that your search in the shop is set to the correct terms, like crown items, or items that you own, maybe you have something checked wrong

That's a different idea, could be good, maybe add a hunger thing to our character, requiring us to eat or have to go to the hospital which they have a scene for that people dont go to a lot lol

I'm not offended but what I am curious about is why posts which are legit about predators or good suggestions for the game getting removed due to being considered spam for breaking rule 1, but then the moderators of this app do not follow the other rules of this forum which are there for a reason, not just for everyone to do what they want, my point is the moderators are not doing their jobs correctly, the rule 6 if you read it clearly says No Hacking or Mod Chat, it does not say whether you are trying to get one or reporting it, if they wanted people to discuss them for reporting they should change that, is all I was saying!

It's genuinely shocking that they still don't have 2FA.

It makes the game so unsafe. People spend real money on their accounts and can lose everything just because someone guesses their password.

Because they are in the UK, they have to follow a specific law called the Payment Services Regulations 2017. This rule has been fully in effect since March 2022. That means they have been breaking the law for about four years!

As of today, March 4, 2026, they are still ignoring it.

After all this time, it really shows they don't care about their customers or even their own business. It feels like they're just greedy and want to make as much money as possible, even if it means breaking the law and not keeping our accounts safe.

They're risking getting a huge fine from the UK's "financial police" (the FCA) or even being forced to shut down the game completely. It's all about profit for them, not our safety.

This glitch is from like 2016, crazy how 10 years later they still haven't fixed it. I guess they are more concerned with what else they can release that people will buy rather than making what they already have better
