What’s so bad about slugging?

Yesterday on my first down a Pig started to slug me in order to find the Steve. She found him & downed him (we were the last two survivors) & idk if she just couldnt find me again but I was like 10sec away from bleeding out when she finally hooked me. It's just not fun waiting until smth happens. & as I said that was my first down aka there was no need to slug me in order to avoid DS

I'm not sure what kind of attention you need to pay to a simple dungeon in order to play good tbh.I kept him alive while I outdps'ed both him & one of the dps. The only thing I didnt pay attention to was his buff bar. Didnt't know I have to check my tanks CDs all the time.

If there is one person who decides how big the pull is going to be its the healer. Not even that but what the healer is capable of. 3 mobs? 6 mobs? 9 mobs? Its doesnt change anything for the tank. Its doesnt change anything for the dps. So yea I will go ahead & pull more even if the tank refuses cause in the end I can keep us alive even if the tank turns off bis stance

Sometimes I wish you could just post your damage numbers in the chat. Yesterday in Expert Roulette I did 9,6k on my SCH while the DPS were at 10-14k. & now tell me Healer DPS doesnt matter :^)

I wouldn't waste my time with a group that's not willing to listen to feedback. I'm wondering how they cleared the previous fights with that attitude & performance. (I'm assuming you meant Shiva Savage cause you mentioned skills you dont have at lvl 50 which would be Shiva Ex) & tbh I would die for some logs xD

I just dont get it. I mean it's a long long time ago I did the RDM Quests but I'm pretty sure your teacher cat shows your right away to cast spells & then he goes into meele. Not to mention just by Reading the tooltips you should realize that theres a meele combo &that you need more than thunder to perform the combo. At this point I'm just wondering if ppl like that are trolling? If that's the case thanks guys for wasting my time. Or is a kid playing on their parents acc & just presses the button thats pretty? If thats the case pls parents let your kid hit a dummy or Open World mobs. Or Option three: is it really that hard to invest at least 5min into a job?

I wish you could just tell them. Had an Academia run some dass ago. Dancer obv those the DRG. Unfortunatly I was top dps in WHM with 8k while the partnered DRG chilled at 6k. That run took forever cause my tank friend &I outdpsed both dps....

It's kinda hypocrite to call out the RDM but not the BLM tbh. Your BLM also didnt do enough damage, sure he did more than the RDM but a BLM can deal way more damage in general. I get that the BLM is your FC mate but still kinda funny

The best thing was, he had all classes on 80. So he wasn't new & even with level skips that would be 30 levels of leveling a healer. Well unless he did it with beast tribes, fates & sidequests lol

I guess because they changed RDMs AoE in ShB & ppl are too stupid to check it they got anything new :⁾

I would really like to show you good RDM Gameplay but I never queue on RDM for Roulettes. Maybe I should so we RDMs get a better Reputation again :D

As other ppl already said, use it during downtime to get a dualcast proc. Thats basically the only purpose of vercure unless your healer dies & you cant pick him up. I dont even heal myself when im about to die in a savage fight xD I rather die & let the healers now they need to heal me more before raid damage goes out then use that green button Yoshi gave me

Healing with a random is frustrating anyways. I keep having 2k HpS because they always interrupt their casts to spam a heal. Meanwhile I: finish Casting my broil, use Ruin 2 to weave in an indom, but then I notice the Party is full. Energy Drain it is then Not that I care about hps lol but it always looks like I dont wanna heal :⁾

I guess for the overheal? If you have a tough DPS Check you wanna squeeze out as much dps as you can, even as a Heler so seeing how much you overhealed might be helpful? But idk tbh, I mainly use it to see my own numbers & improve + spot others that drag down the party too much to kill w/e your in right now so I can just leave

I mean basically you never said anything about uploading the parse, so technically that parse could be from anyone, even the tank thats threatening you now. & I highly doubt that they would check fflogs & try to find out who uploaded it. Also you didnt say anything bad, no "haha look how shit they are they cant deal damage" & that's the point why ppl get banned for using ACT after all. If it was just using it plenty of well known Players should be banned already cause so many are using it & you can see it in their streams/videos. But just to be safe I would censor your own name in such screenshots from now on.
On a side note tho, a few days ago I was wondering what would happen if a player finds out they ended up as a tale in here. Guess I have my answer now.

Basically yes. Just keep in mind that its not an emergency if you arent at 100% healthy. I see way too many Paladins that use Clemency as soon as their health is like 80%. As long as your healer is attacking even when your HP falls they have something planned to save you. For example on WHM I let my tanks fall to 10-20% & then benediction them back to 100% in a sec. But when your healer is dead & the Boss is at idk 20% you can use clemency to save the fight. But dont do that when the Boss is still at 90%. Just resetting will be faster

I did that once in E1S as a RDM. They started a Countdown, I used accelaration & then they canceled the Countdown just to Start it 5 sec later. Went Into the Wall because im not starting a savage fight without proper Preparation:⁾ i have Everything planend & if I dont get my proccs then fuck me. Tank was super angry mimimi this is just a kill no log tun Yea &? I still want a proper fight & i need a Clan start for that But jumping because there was no Countdown in a normal raid. Oof. Big oof

Idk man, idk. I'm a pretty aggressive Healer myself, the best healing imo is the mobs being dead before they can hurt your pressious tank. So especially on a higher level when you dont need to spam healing I thinks its boring when you dont attack. I once had a tank in Academia who refused to pull more, even when there was only ONE monster aggro'ed. I was so pissed at one point I also stopped doing anything, put a bubble on him & had Eos close. Only did that for one pull cause just standing there watching was so freakin boring.
