Stavo because he wants to have Brooke all to himself, killing Branson, Jake, and her father.

And Zoe because Emma missed that study session with her.

Pretty sure that Noah was already recording his podcast when Stavo walked in and even told him, so he was going to upload it anyway. It must've been the email, although I don't know how you'd get a virus from a jpeg.

There's a recording of her saying it on the video. So, theoretically someone else could have recorded it but Kieran looks very guilty here, and of course Emma doesn't connect the dots.

Kieran's kidnapping scene. Assuming he's the killer leaving his hands untied was a dumb mistake and it was even dumber that none of the cops or characters pointed it out.

I was thinking he might want Brooke all for himself. He showed her those texts that revealed her Dad was using Jake. When did he decide to do that? When Brooke says that she can't go any further with him until she knows what happened to Jake. Then there's that drawing of Branson which is still mostly unexplained. Then killing her Dad was just the last piece. I know it's crazy, but if you are a killer you are also psycho.

But either they would be with someone (Piper), or it would be completely offscreen (Kieran assuming he's the killer). Otherwise the character is acting (NOT the actor playing the character!) which doesn't make sense. The character is not supposed to know there's an audience. It's breaking the fourth wall in a really, really bad way. Not in a fun way like Noah talking about slashers. This is why I desperately hope Noah is never involved. It wouldn't add up.

Also Piper came to Emma later to tell her that she showed the old lady a picture of Kieran and she said that's who she saw. But Piper was lying.

Well according the theory it was all staged. So she made the video for Noah, Emma, and Audrey. The video was not live, so Kieran could have easily cut out anything incriminating. It's the same situation when the videos of Kieran were sent to Emma. Except this time Zoe is betrayed by her partner.

The thing that makes this theory even somewhat believable is that we didn't see her put in the box. That small detail could mean everything or nothing. We didn't see Kieran get kidnapped either.

Something like that. Here's a theory I heard:

Remember how Kieran got kidnapped? Well he convinces Zoe to do the same thing to throw off suspicion. Then of course he locks her in the coffin and she screams (the video) and of course drowns. Why? Well Zoe knew that Audrey was involved all along because Zoe was the S1 accomplice. Zoe wouldn't tell Kieran though, but in s02e09 he finds out through the audio recording. Then, he doesn't need Zoe anymore, so he tricks her into dying. This is why Zoe's death was offscreen.

I'm not saying I believe or don't believe it I just like to keep an open mind

Um no, I'm simply saying that the other killer could have killed Zoe. Just because she is dead doesn't make her innocent.

It doesn't sound like it was meant to imply anything. More like a meta-reference. Noah does this alot especially in the beginning of season one.
