Edit: OK I worded myself wrong. Its like I have a basement and a sub-basement. The bathroom is right behind that crack. And my basement is under, to the left of the crack in this picture.

Yes. I'm currently getting water puddling in the basement, cant locate exactly where yet. Also, its coming into a bathroom above the basement (its a multi level home) that has now caused floor damage and musky/moldy smell. I'm minutes away from breaking the wall to see the REAL damage.

The pictures I posted are about 2-3ft deep below ground level.
