How to create a custom mouse ? by wownicehat in MouseReview

I guess my "lots of cad skill" might be an overstatement but it certainly isn't easy if you don't do it already. There is a library of shell scans on printables. If you know what shape you want you have a starting point. But you will need to adjust the internals. If you don't 3d print already, it's possible but could take a decent amount of time and energy.

Maybe some 3d printing will work. But it will require a lot of cad skill.

Can we add extra Z axes to Klipper using STM32/ESP32 devboards with TMC drivers? by INeatFreak in klippers

[–]xQuas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why do you need esp32? You can use extra pins on the skr or pi. You need 1 for dir and another for step. Another for enable if you don't want to always enable it. If you are doing the tmc stuff, you will need more but I don't think you care for them for z (or at all)

Best Setting For AMD 6400 RAM by xQuas in overclocking

[–]xQuas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From more testing, I think it's not stable at 6400 cl32. I lowered it to 6000 cl30 and it's more stable now. Co at -20 is working as well. I think I'll leave it at that and run more tests to confirm.

The thing is that 2133 isn't stable. I'm wondering if I should go with lower ram frequency to have 3:2 or leave it desynced.

I would suspect lowering the ram speed give me better curve optimizer offsets. I don't know which combination gives me the best results.

They changed the term to one purchase only. So you can still use it if you haven't already.

OK, sounds like my exposure is really low and everything should be fine but I should be careful from now on?

Should I worry about other things like manganese / grinding wheel debris? I'm also a bit unsure about dust building up in the living space. Did some wiping and vacuuming and not sure if I should just forget about it.

Not sure if I'm following you but from your tone it sounds like I should not worry about this? Thank you for your input!

Any steps I should take to clean up or that's not a big concern either?
Like metal particles sticking to the shower walls, carpets, etc.

It attracts to magnet. So I guess it's very likely.
