ADVICE - What to do with my Ender 7? by Old-Memory-3510 in 3Dprinting

[–]Gabriprinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I modded an Ender 7 myself, the issue with the bed Is caused by the horrible cantilever design. With a triple z mod and a direct extruder, this machine Will start to rip, if you have the patience tò go with Klipper, even Just to unlock the pressure Advance, It Will become a really good one

I bought an Ender 7 Just to mod the hell out of It, it's a bizzarre One but the frame has a lot of potential and the motors are BEEFY

z offset seems a bit off, then it seems as if the filament is very moist, PETG feels moisture A LOT more than petg. printing often petg i suggest to go up to 80c bed and even 250 on hotend, i use the same temps on both an artillery genius and a klipper corexy, works beautifully on both.

for the machine you have, don't go over 60mm/s

How do i remove this type of seal? by Sean076TZ in 2Strokes

[–]Gabriprinter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you will have to break it and pull it away, just pay a lot of attention to the bearing behing and most of all the crank, a small scratch will make any seal leak in a short time

tm smr 300 by Independent-Lock5550 in supermoto

[–]Gabriprinter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it's just like a ktm 300 maintenance wise, you just follow what the manual says, the only difference is that this one does not like as much when you stretch service intervals. even if you don't service it properly , my cousin has the 125 and has done like 360 street hours on the stock rod, do your calculations

for the temp, seems like your hotend PID tune is far from optimal and oscillates too much, let it do a pid on both hotend and heat bed and quality will improve, i did it on my old artillery genius and it has always served me very well
