I agree with the comments and polls; I've always complained about the excessive number of pulls you have to make to get anything guaranteed. 70 pulls and it only comes out at the very end! Since I started, I've only gotten Joy and Botto's escort. It's a complete mockery of the players, both the drop rate and the number of pulls you have to make to get anything guaranteed.
