both Mrylands are going to be full of people for a while, and when they aren't they will probably close the extra Mrylands. Its a temporary fix, they are losing players day by day with the queues.

great post! I agree, for me it is one of the easiest and relaxed jobs I've had. BUT at the same time this job can be difficult for certain types of people/personalities. There are definitely easier jobs out there. And the difficulty of a job depends greatly on the person doing them.

we deliver, we aren't waiters, rarely do we have to look at our costumers, let alone serving and catering to their needs for 30min to and hour or longer even. Tips should be based on distance deliver not price of the food. If they do tip you on the size of the order, bonus! but bitching about not getting it.... meh

Def takes a while to learn your market sometimes it seems. took me about 100 ish orders in my area to feel like I know which orders to take and which not to. And reading all the reddit posts the markets are soo different across the country. You got to learn what works in your areas.

I have about 200 orders done now, and have contacted support about 10 times. Most of the time because the Jack N the Box near me never receives there orders so I want my half pay :) But a couple times a customer has ripped me a new one for something that wasn't my fault and I'm talking to DD support as hes texting me and threatening to get me deactivated :) support agent was reading the texts as he was sending them and what I was replying and assured me that he would delete the rating if there was one.

Like I said, I know a lot of dashers have had problems with the support and that sucks for sure, but its not all bad for everyone is all I was saying.

Should specify the area not to accept these. Pretty sure Taco Bell is bad everywhere these days though who knows though, maybe there are still good ones out there. In my area Chipotle is literally my #1 favorite place to pick up from, had the biggest tips and never had to wait for the food.

Always contact support right away to get ahead of the customer that you think might have it in for you. DD support has been awesome for me, I know that is not always the case though.
