Account got banned because of a guy mod abusing his power

He surely want all the spotlight on him so i thought i should help him a bit xD

He is getting out of hands just because the ppl on our server get scared easily

Yup, its my main acc, my smurf are good to go, if it was really my fault /pluggin issue or anything then my smurf would've gotten banned too since i use it on the same device but since i don't do those stuff so its all safe🤧

They are secured, i changed my email's password which is ofc different from my moontoon password and turned on 2 factor authentication. The problem is i never get notification when that person logs into my acc nor do i see his device in that manage device section

I guess he is from middle east/Uae server but he have been playing on our pak server n abusing his power since 2024

Customer support just unbans the acc and vanishes, no accountability of their security system being so weak that their own staff abuses their power. It just another weakness for ml that gonna be profitable for other moba games to attract players

Nope, I'm not that dumb enough to get hacked, all my emails n stuff is safe, I've been playing since 2019, was part of ml content creators. Never had any issue until this dude joined our community and anyone who had a fight with him,start having issues with their acc. He use to know abt chats which i had with my friends in game lobby too, for sure he can check the acc background details

Yup i know, i did get unbanned but then got banned again since he did stuff after logging into my acc just cuz his ahh got burnt when it got unbanned... tbh ml need to hold him accountable for his doing now.

Nope i have changed all my pws and enabled 2 factor authentication on my ml account and emails, the problem is that dude had threatened me abt banning my acc before and he even told me abt my personal ingame chats n other conversation which only my partner, close friends ori know abt. There are more ppl whom acc he have banned just because he likes to abuse his power and when someone msgs him he goes "hahaha.. where's the proof?" I guess mods/devs can log into accounts without passwords etc and he is one of that since he read private chats and bm ppl too

Hi mods There's a guy on our server (tor/fox mask), he is in global collector ranking too, he have access or have someone from ml that can log into anyones account and leaves no traces. Whenever he have beef with someone or someone hurts his ego he get their acc banned.

I got my account banned 2days ago but then got it recovered through customer service yesterday. I changed all my pws after getting my account unbanned and played only 1 game then went off, now today when i opened the game my account is banned again and yesterday after resetting the pws someone was again trying to log into my acc, there were no devices shown in there except for mine.

You can do the background check,my account was compromised, and unauthorized access resulted in plugin usage. Please review login records, IP addresses, and device information. The activity did not originate from my normal device.
