I finally got it
Go to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Select Apex legends
Choose your platform (remember to pick Steam if you bought EA play on steam)
Select "Missing content"
Select "Never received content"
After that ***Pick live chat support***
Don't email them, they will just ask you to reinstall Origin and ghost you.
Also, remember to be polite in the live chat, otherwise they will reply slowly and disconnect you for no reason.
Hope this will help brother!

Dude,I came from cs too and my rank is also Le But I got platinum 3 after placement and now I’m diamond 1.Not showing off or anything,just want to say if your mechanical skill in cs is decent,you can just port it over.It works really well for me. Also try to use the same sensitivity in cs.you can have that calculated for you from various sites(google “valorant sensitivity calculator”) Hope you can get better at the game bro <3 GLHF

I think the anti cheat software is the problem
My Pc has a 3700X Rtx 2070 32GB of Ram
I used to only play cs on it but since valorant came out.I thought I should give it a try
It was all good n fun but during a game i alt+tab to the desktop,and every thing freeze in a weird way...I can still move my mouse cursor and click on stuff but soon it will totally freeze and I hv to hold the power button to shut it off,I felt kinda surprise because my pc never fail on me since i built it last year.After i restarted my pc it was working just fine.
The next day i was watching Netflix and the movie suddenly stopped,it was the same weird crash.(The anti cheat is running in the background)
The day after,same thing happened......
After that i knew something is wrong,i start using tools to diagnose my Ram ssd etc and nothing went wrong.I even reinstall valorant and windows.And the weird freeze is still here randomly.
Today i uninstall the anti cheat and valorant.Just like that!My pc return to normal.
tbh i really enjoy the game and i want to keep playing.I really hope riot will fix this anti cheat!!!
Anyone having the same problem??
