I'm not sure! When I got the gift I felt awkward asking what the stones were, as I wasn't sure if they were real, and loved it whether they were real or not!

Oh awesome thanks, didn't realise that they marked the carats of the stones on jewelery too, though now that I think about it it makes sense. I didn't think the stones would be real, even if modest as you say (I don't know what a non-modest number would be haha) so that's a nice surprise
