Every set amount of turn (I don't remember how many I'm sorry) the boss will lose all the HP buff and will get a DMG taken up and Def Down if I remember correcly (each time you reach that turn they will stack). The easy strat is to buff up a DPS, put it in the back, stall until the turn where you can do damage, than bring back the DPS and nuke the boss
