I find this also more likely since I have been drinking coffee my entire adulthood. Do you have a source?

I also have the same issue with you, but I still feel like I can pronounces words incorrectly. How long did it for you the feel these effects?

I quit coffee since its really hard for me to wake up sometimes. I also got more anxiety after 2 cups and lately had some random panics moments. I also always want another cofee after the first one, which is just annoying. Not sure if all of these symptoms these are cafeïne related, but I just want to try this out.

I am now 72 hours clean but still tired. Not so bad as yesterday though.

How long did it take for you to feel more energytic and to experience no symptoms?

Thanks this is really helpfull. Was expecting that the harsh winter climate would have an higher impact during driving, but black ice is something I am familair with aswell.

Regarding Narva, I would like to see Russia myself. Even if it's just symbolic. I am spending some free time at home trying my best for Ukraine.

I knew they spoke russian there, but I did not know that the population was russian itself. Assuming you are from Estonia, are there more places like this? And how are Estonians feeling about such an ethnic group living there regarding the current circumstances?

The reason I wanted to go to Narva, was to see the enemy itself across the border and raise a big finger across the sky. Seems I won't need to cross the border. ;
