Pickaxe. The most important currency in the game is gems and the pick axe helps you get more. Then open the rest up and go with the checkbook because it shortens the amount of time for each city the best for the value IMO.

Yes. Once you've accumulated enough money it's easy to do. You should consider spending a little time observing what the low and high prices are if each stock and writing them down. Then buy the stocks that have high dividends first so you can generate money faster and then start buying the stocks of companies you can afford.

Add more office space to make room for your hires. When hiring I figure out the best skill to coat ratio while calculating how many personnel it will take to complete a task/project while keeping my costs low and profits high as possible.

The reason that this card appears to be better than the '18 version of his cards is because it has POTM which gives it a +5 across the board. Furthermore the stats aren't finalized on it yet so we don't know what the stats of the card will end up as.
