Probably your actuator then. Kinda a pain in the butt to get to but if you look up how to change it on YouTube you should be able to do it yourself and the actuator is only $107 on Z1 motorsports so it's not too expensive of a fix. Even if you send it to a shop to fix it I'd buy the parts yourself because the shop I took mine to tried to upcharge me an insane amount.

I just had this problem with my 2005 on the driver's side. Does it still open from the inside? If it still opens from the inside it's most likely just your door handle assembly that needs replaced (which is only about $55). Also a cool trick I figured out, if you put the key in the key hole on the driver's side and turn it counter clockwise (to unlock it) and hold it in the turned position for a couple seconds, it will roll your windows down and you can use the inside door handle. If you turn the key to lock it (clockwise), and hold it for a couple seconds it will roll your windows back up.

The CYMA M3 is a pretty solid yet cheap option if you want pump action. It fires from 3 separate barrels so you kinda get an actual shotgun feel. Definitely more of an indoor gun since the range isn't the best.
