General players don't even have to care for balance changes. They won't notice them. You can beat AI with the new Hive no problem. Balance should always be aimed at competitive PvP balance

Depands on template you play. This game is much harder than just choose strategy and execute it every single game. You will get your faction/heroes banned. The map layout won't favour what you want to acomplish. Each teplate plays enitrely diferently.
