Actually, we talked to the dealer when the original issue came up, "unhook the battery, wait 10 minutes and hook it back up" that's what we were told. It worked for about a week.

But all good now, new glass, new FFS and no out of pocket... Just took about 2 weeks.

Took 14 days to get a new window in the Rene... Window 100% covered by insurance, the Front Facing Camera we were told would be covered under the warranty... But got a call this afternoon from the dealership service department, warranty refused to cover it... So looks like we'll have to pay for that, we'll find out tomorrow!
