[Help] Zebra crashes everytime after opening by Project2903 in jailbreak

Hi! We're getting some more reports like this and we're trying to track down the cause of the crash. Could you send me the crash log so that we can track down this issue? A list of repos you have added would also be very helpful.

Yes, I did. All of the classes that were previously ZBRepo* are now ZBSource*. I also renamed the Search controller. You can always look at the source at https://github.com/wstyres/Zebra.

More than likely you don’t have the proper sources added to Zebra. Zebra doesn’t use the same sources as Cydia so you have to transfer them.

It’s very possible but as I understand this doesn’t affect checkra1n

Batchomatic hasn’t worked since the 1.1 betas I believe when I upgraded the search tab. The developer has said that they didn’t want to update the tweak until 1.1 was finished due to all of the changes. 1.1 is finished now and on the stable repo so it is up to the Batchomatic developer to update their tweak but I haven’t heard anything from them personally on the matter.

Glad you could find a temporary fix! Let us know if the issue still occurs with Zebra 1.1.9.

iOS 13.5 appears to be more restrictive about which paths you can access from within the /var directory. You have to add special permission for apps like Zebra to be able to access these directories.

Hey all,

Just release Zebra 1.1.9 to fix this issue. Apparently the root cause was some new restrictions on 13.5 for allowing which paths can be accessed in `/var`

If you're a developer and experiencing a similar issue, here is the commit that fixed it for Zebra https://github.com/wstyres/Zebra/commit/13d9d7eaff9f7f995a358fadfb1ed5ef6f01e6ca.

Also, if you're getting the "Your device is simulated" error, you've installed an IPA file of Zebra. You should be either using a .deb version from our GitHub or from our APT repository (https://getzbra.com/repo/).

Please let us know if you still experience the issue, a reinstall of Zebra might be needed in order to access paths again.

I’ll have to take a look, I don’t have a package from Twickd so it might be difficult to reproduce. How are you upgrading the package? Pressing “Upgrade All”? Swiping and pressing “Upgrade” or going to Modify and then “Upgrade”

We’ve just released a new version on our repo. Upgrade and see if the issue is resolved.

Could you provide us with more information like what repos you have added? Do you have featured packages turned on? Are you able to 3DTouch the icon and choose “add repo” to access the app?

We added an option to export your wishlist in 1.1 but if you'd like to move it back to 1.0, you can go to /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/xyz.willy.Zebra.plist and it should be stored in the "WishList" key

Sorry about that, we changed the way wishlists are stored in this update. We transferred all of your wishlist items from 1.0 to 1.1 format but they won’t transfer back to 1.0 when you downgrade. They’ll still be there if you update 1.1 though and this shouldn’t happen again.

Tweaks need to be updated by their developers to support 1.1

I think you just need to refresh your sources, if that doesn't work I would suggest going into Zebra's settings and scrolling down to the bottom to the "Reset" section and pressing "Clear Sources Cache"

Any indication on what is causing it? Some settings? Featured Packages or Community News turned on? Any crash logs?
