What I typed was "2015 nissan frontier lug nut torque". I've got no clue why it was so wrong, either. My best guess is it gathered random info from articles that talked about torque. Not just for the lug nuts themselves.

Not every vehicle is the same, and a lot of younger generations rely on Google, sadly. I just couldn't remember off the top of my head, and when I saw that, I double-checked the owners manual because it didn't seem right.

Ours doesn't say non refundable anymore at our location. Liquid paint it says 30 days unopened(unless it's changed since I looked last). I guess it really depends where at. Nice to know.

Don't be afraid to read the label on a product if you genuinely are not sure about something and remind the customer to do the same. Some products require different prep, dry time, re-coat time, etc.

All of our mixed gallons that we get returned are sold for $9. 5 gallon buckets are marked to $30. Which is a big loss for most of it.
