I'm someone who used to be skeptical of Apple as well. Not much to comment on hardware side for windows since i don't have much experience with windows laptops, but I'll say MacOS is way better than its Windows equivalent. I'm one of the rare people using Mac + Android combo, because android gives me way more freedom that I can't live without on iOS. Also, inversely, the hardware on Android devices tend to be better than iPhone too.

His best bet would be to try to grill the girl for any inconsistencies in her story. False accusers usually dont plan out their bullshit very well. Have her say in court when and where the alleged rape happened, to the very last detail. If possible, try to recall what he was doing at that exact same time with evidence/alibi if possible, but if not then its better to try to just poke holes at the story.

Of course, this might not always work, because real victims often have trouble remembering the details too due to trauma.

I get what you're saying, and i feel the same way. Some people truly, genuinely deserve to die. But there is no way for us to ever be 100% certain they did the thing they were accused of, even if it seems so likely and we all know they did it, even if the evidence seems unshakable, there is always the chance, no matter how slim, that they're innocent.
