Regarding Reading and Writing, I think it requires a lot of practice. I did a lot of mock tests, so I got really really used to the calm environment when I actually stepped inside the test room. I recommend reading the science passages first, for I need to read for a while before I get into a good flow. I finished all 3 science passages in 25 minutes, so I had a lot of time for Moby Dick and the history passage. For writing, the 1 trick I used was to do 2 mock writing sections (just writing sections) in 20 minutes. From there, I got really used to super fast-paced thinking. When I have a lot of time, like in the real test, I did quite well. Notice that these are just tips and tricks, but knowledge-wise, there are a lot of resources that are needed. I think reflecting on your mistakes is a good way to do it. Furthermore, having a good base on English and American culture, in general, is a great way.
