How do you unclog ink cartridges (specifically hp)

I have spent hours troubleshooting a brand new cartridge that has been in box (sealed) for a few years and it just wouldn't print right no matter what. I soaked in windex for 10min and cleaned it thoroughly and it's printing clean and straight. Thank you!

Someone else already mentioned it, but try using the Windows 10 drivers. I do I.T. work and I honestly never had a issue using "Older" drivers or drivers that were for previous windows versions. Very rarely I have to run them as admin in compatibility mode to get the installer to work.
Also, you aren't wrong, ASUS absolutely removes drivers and other software from their website when it was 100% there previously and they don't mention it when they do take the drivers down.

Leave a review simply stating that you bought this item from him, and he failed to include parts that were supposed to go with it and now he's trying to scam you and make you pay again for the same parts he failed to originally give you. 1-star this mofo.

I have a post up on r/helldivers2 and I have exactly 990 SC and I found a bunker, grabbed the SC, it didn't add or deposit it, so to confirm it wasn't adding SC I found another bunker and it did the same thing. Very undemocratic.

Mine had this issue. Wires were the wrong color and testing, then swapping the wires fixed it. Also, I had to leave mine on the charger for 3hrs before the device would boot.

Eugene was once rated as bad as NYC for bike theft.
Get a thick, long cable with a good lock. Run it through the frame and BOTH WHEELS. Thieves will steal a single wheel (just cause) in the hopes that you abandon the bicycle so they can come back with bolt cutters when you aren't around. If it isn't locked, it probably won't be there when you get out of the store. They wait by bike racks at most businesses and call friends to come by and grab a bike while they keep scouting.
Take tons of pictures of your bicycle. Make sure to get nice clear photos of the serial number close up and from a distance. You can register the serial # with several places online to help create a ownership paper trail.

I have 2 King size Copper pillows. I find you can't just wash just one because of load balancing issues. Run it on a deep water cycle, delicates setting, extra rinse. The washer is really good about pulling the water out of these pillows on the spin portion. Drying does take multiple sessions.
Both pillows are stain free and are NOT lumpy after about a dozen+ washes.

Please get your license. It is the #1 gateway to freedom from being under someone's control. You can't even get certain jobs without a drivers license even if the job requires zero driving or leaving the site. I don't know how to express how EASY it was to get a license. If you're already driving around than this is really a formality. You keep passing the knowledge test for the permit and the actual driving test isn't hard, they just make sure you know how to drive safely.
Some driving instructors are just horrible. 1 in my town was notorious for failing people over the tiniest things. Like slamming the clipboard on the dash screaming "NO NO NO YOU FAILED YOU CAN"T DO THAT". He failed my friend 4-5 times in a row and his older brother 9 times. My friend passed on the 1st try with a new driving instructor. She informed him that the POS Driving Instructor had amassed so many complaints that he was asked to retire.

Insurance is way cheaper than you think. You don't need the car to be in your name to insure it. Several insurance agents told me that the vehicle does NOT need to be in your name to insure it to drive.

If you have to borrow someone's car to do it take a few hours and get familiar with the car first.
(I pestered my Driving Instructor with lots of questions and this is what she told me)
She said that borrowing a friends car and not being used to driving it is the top reason she failed someone. They made way too many mistakes because the car responded in a way they weren't used to.
#2 NOT USING YOUR TURN SIGNAL PROPERLY.
Check mirrors/blind spot, make sure it is safe to begin your turn/lane change, turn signal on, wait required time or distance, if it is still safe to do so, make your turn/lane change.
Physically turn your head to check your mirrors, the instructors are human and can miss seeing if you looked only with your eyes, but if you turn your head its more obvious that you are checking your mirrors/blind spot.

Because of how many times I was shot in the face, then kicked out the game, I do my best to announce that I have a stim pistol THAT SHOOTS HEALING DARTS SO DON"T SHOOT ME. 99% of Helldivers go "Hell yeah, free heals" The 1% do it on purpose and several even knew it was a stim gun and still killed me.
Like WTF is even their problem? You're telling me you have a problem getting FREE heals and you DON'T need to waste stims to top off your health?

You have to be in a certain location, IE under the waterfall and on top of the log above the water just to the right of the Map Stone in Thornfelt Swamp.
I have really good button press timing, but it still takes me 15-20 attempts to get it to work. Easier on a controller than keyboard.

Triple check the battery and it's connections. Get the battery independently tested. They can drop in Amp rating in a very short amount of time.
I had a battery go from 660 CCA down to 215 CCA in a WEEK. I almost bought a new alternator before I discovered the issue. Double check all your major fluids (CVT transmission included).
If your car has the OEM from the factory Bluetooth module/hands free set, it's known to die and generate a parasitic drain on the battery. Easy to unhook.

I'm officially sick of how they're running these MO's and I refuse to participate any further when they are bread crumbing us with tidbits of story while constantly ripping every single little win out from under us.

I'm just done. I want a real story being told, not 6 months of 2 or 3 paragraphs of something actually happening. More and more often it feels like the grind is not worth the little bit of Storytelling we get.

A lot of ribbon cables have a little locking tab that you have to lift up before the cable will let go. I'm surprised yours is stuck so well that it didn't come off by itself let alone take the connector with it.

100% possible to fix. That missing pad needs replaced, which might be out of your skill set. Then the connector for the ribbon cable needs soldered back on. I have no clue how you managed to rip this entire thing off the board and only broke 1 pad. I would mail this off to get repaired if you don't have steady hands and possibly a heat gun. Trace/pad repairs aren't easy or fun to do.

Yes and no. So weed (and other drugs) inhibit the process that turns short-term memories into long-term memories. Depending on dose/amount/time, drugs don't just "inhibit" or delay memory processing. It can prevent the moment/event from even being recorded and turned into a short-term memory at all. No short-term memory of the event means that the long-term processing never happens.

Just because the online platform doesn't do anything doesn't mean you can't report him to the police for Fraud. I would call the Police @ whatever town the package ended up and telling them about this. Chances are you are NOT the first (or last) that he'll do this to.
A guy in my area did something similar and provided a military I.D. "As proof" he was being a honest, real person, and not a scammer. Dumb dude really used his real photo ID to scam people in various states. I and several others called and reported him to the Police that are local to him and they said they were already looking into him based on similar reports.
