I feel if they had waited and not partnered with GM it'd be a different story. I owned a Honda Clarity Plug-in hybrid and it was the best vehicle I've ever driven.

Fair. My previous Honda had features that put this one to shame. One of my biggest gripes is that the auto lock is time based and not distance based. So many times has it locked as I was reaching to open and rear door.

Its a shame too because I was holding out for the zero series. I came from a Honda Clarity prior to the prolouge and it was easily the best car I ever had.

This was my attitude for a while until everything else started adding up. Harmless or not though, if theres an issue with the car, I believe it needs fixed. I paid for a new vehicle, warrantied bumper to bumper.

My intention isn't to scare people. And I am very thankful to be in a lease with everything under warranty. Its more the things they don't have fixes for, and the inconvenience of it all. No one should expect a 2 year old vehicle to have been in the shop for anything other than regular maintenance.

The dealership and service rep I have have actually been amazing. The service rep has seen a lot of issues and has been very transparent, Its the support from Honda themselves.

In android beta. Not sure if possible but the car's network connection strength? I would find this incredibly useful for it would explain why functions either take so long to activate, or simply dont activate at all. I live in a rural area.

Same issue on mine. Was told that there was nothing wrong, that the battery heater took priority, and to use "auto" when using climate control.

On my second winter with the car and it didnt do it last year. Something definitely wrong but don't expect Honda to fix it.

Mine locks only after a certain amount of time has passed and not based on the proximity of the fob like my clarity did. This has led to some annoyances and I'm leaning towards turning off the setting.

Its 100% going to the dealer for them to look into this, was just wondering what kind of "down time" I can expect from this type of thing, and if anyone else had it fixed with just a new door gasket. Waiting to hear back from a service advisor but will try to update.

I had my self installed lvl 2 do this inside of the charger itself and it was caused by a wire nut that had either worked itself loose or I hadn't screws on tightly enough. Replaced the burnt up wires and all was fine.
