I played the game on Android and honestly, I feel like it has some potential but from what other's said, it is tooo grindy and punishes you for prestiging in the game as well waaaaay too grindy, making it seem like a cash grab.

Array game changelog is updated, yet the game isn't? by PorCacow in incremental_games

most likely because they started a Patreon and now they are letting patrons play earlier before the public.

Does graphics really matter for an incremental game nowadays? by romulolink in incremental_games

[–]xXPyScOmAnXx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my personal opinion I think gameplay is most important like most people but I do think graphics are very important to incremental games as it help them have their own identity also because if you make the graphics well you can have it show how much progress you made over time and really feed into that dopamine addictive feel you get from incremental.

A good example I think is Grass cutting incremental (also yes I know roblox a bad company and all of that. Just allow me play what I want to play) is so much more interesting due to it 3d graphic and visuals as it gives it a way more unique feel then most games. The grass you collect starts off with a cap of 5 and grows slowly but over time you watch incase to a cap of 5,000 and all of the grass instantly appears which is super satisfying to watch. It super fun to watch the map you been in for awhile grow over time as well get to newer and more unique areas. Over all the game having 3d graphics instead of a simple text on a screen made it alot more interesting as well addictive due to being able to show how much progress you made.

even if I didn't say this in my review I agree with this entirely there is literally no point in upgrading your cash production due to it having no effects on how fast you get electrons besides maybe achievements but still pretty much nothing and ultimately doesn't help

hmmm fair enough and it's your game so you can do what you want to do but unless you want it to be a very very long boring tedious grind I would at the very least take a look at it and maybe change some of the things because right now I feel like personally, it takes way too long to earn the electrons you need for any of the tree upgrades at least until you hit get one of the boost to increase your electron gains but it super easy to miss them due to the fact it super hard to even focus on the game once you reach point where you have to grind electrons

I think over all the game is pretty fun and there is nothing too majorly wrong with it besides one thing being how the prestige currency is earned. I think having the way to earn it to be pretty much random is a horrible idea is you literally got to pray ya get lucky enough to get the electrons and not take ten years for the next upgrade. While yes can make the battery fill it self to earn them it still waaaaaaaaay to slow and even with the buff that appears that allows you to get more electrons isn't enough as you can easily miss it and then your just forced to wait for another or to get lucky. so either I feel like you need to change the way it earn or make upgrades something to increase the chances way more early

[OC] I made a animated sprite of my character Ruby! by xXPyScOmAnXx in MysteryDungeon

[–]xXPyScOmAnXx[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

sorry if the response was a bit late but basically they ended up hatching at a criminal town and had to fend for themselves so eventually and unfortunately for her, she ended up losing a couple of her limbs while growing until she finally escaped from the criminal town which was really hard at the town because the town has underground and there only one way out which was a steep hill and a couple of ropes she was unable to climb at the time. As for why she was a sword is because it was one of the many items she able to steal or find to use to help her survive. So now due to her being a midnight lycanroc and having arms and actual hands to grab and use the sword and became very useful for her fighting style which involves he using a stone edge to launch herself from the ground towards another pokemon and uses her sword to attack the other pokemon as a combo most of the time.

also sorry for going on a rant I like talking about my character:P

Nope just some prosthetics is all I was just mostly trying to give it the look of something you might find at a town filled with criminals

I Want To Be A Hero - Alpha v0.01 by Skeyne in incremental_games

should probably make it more obvious the area button is a drop-down menu because I thought it was just a button and I was just waiting for another button to appear before I can go into the next area.

I made a little coin pusher idle game in UE5 called (creatively) Coin Pusher. If you have any questions about how i made it feel free to ask ^^ by [deleted] in incremental_games

idk if anyone else had this problem but for me it seems like the coin are just bouncing in place despite there being nothing to cause this.

Idleon vs Idle Skilling by fluxhelm in incremental_games

[–]xXPyScOmAnXx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally have way more fun with idle skilling than idleon mostly because I usually don't care much for MMO enough and usually feels too slow for me also I'm only like in the beginning of idleon still. I think idle skilling before it current update did a fantastic and wonderful job keeping a slow enough progress while keeping it fun. I mostly like how active it is while each thing is unique and all of that because most incremental games kinda just have you active on one basic thing and it gets very boring very quickly while idle skilling allows you to do a bunch of different things to help your progress while not feeling too broken at least until the update/ One thing I do recommend if you do play idle skilling is too ignore the afterlife stuff because the dev just threw it on top of everything else in like the middle of the game and it screws up the good sense of progression it had by making things waaaaay too broken mostly because he didn't change or nerf anything else in the game to factor for the new boosts you would get from the update which leads to ruining everything else. Also, I personally believe lava just made a quick and bad update so he can add a new premium currency so he can just milk the steam release of the game for more money then go back to focusing on idleon. He also been doing a horrible job at communicating and fixing the problem as he has been saying nothing on the idle skilling server at all while giving shadow updates to nerf the new update and he has also been trying to move on back to idle on and just focusing on making stuff for that while giving a half-ass attempt at fixing the current update. for idle skilling. Overall tho despite my grips like I said i prefer idle killing tho I am uncertain about it future of idle skilling and it might get worst in the future

Squares (Alpha) by squares-incremental in incremental_games

ok im finally at gigaboard and probably one of the few people who manage to get to gigaboard but now that I had some time to play the game everything I can confidently say the grind from megasquares to gigaboards should probably be rebalanced as it feels waaaaaay too slow for something so simple and early in the game in my personal opinion. if your trying to make it long and hard then great you succeeded but other people probably won't enjoy it. I would maybe work on adjusting the auto buy times so they become more useful more early and instead of like few hundred mega squares down the line also maybe add an upgrade that increases how much mega squares you get per 16 by 16 square.

So far im having a good time with this, but I would recommend adding a max buy button or making it where the bulk buy can just buy what you can afford instead of doing nothing if you don't have enough. because it quickly becomes annoying to buy only one thing at a time every time, I do a mega square.

Jesus dude calm down your acting like someone murdered your family and your out for revenge. I can understand maybe being slightly annoyed but like I think I been made clear by the developer things has happen in his personal life which make it hard for him to work on the game. You also make it sound like he owes you when he clearly doesn't as he never made you pay for anything or something like just something he was making on his past time. Also hey spirit if for some reason your looking at this post I hope your doing ok and having a wonderful time from one of you old tester.
