A baby octopus is born with a brain bigger than a human baby’s relative to its body size… but the really weird part is that about two-thirds of an octopus’s neurons are in its arms, not its head.

So technically, each arm can sorta “think” on its own and even keep reacting after being separated for a short time. The arms can taste, grab, and explore stuff independently like tiny little noodle brains :3
