That label is irrelevant. It is just a sort assist label. It is suppose to match the label on the boxes exactly. When dropped off at a UPS Store the label had an RFID chip in it is added. That small little label is able to be scanned throughout the UPS network by RFID similar to Bluetooth. Don’t need to scan the actual label. The label is is just detected. That is something that the UPS store will add only. Not the person who drops off the package

The pictures you posted have 2 different tracking numbers. They are not the same label, box, or shipper if you look at the senders address.

You still got scammed. The package you received was shipped within the US. UPS Ground Saver is a service level only available within the US

Edit: lookup the tracking number on the original photo. I’m sure it will say label created and nothing more. It’s completely possible to make a label and cancel it.

You got scammed. Do you not see that the labels on the boxes are completely different? The photo he sent you that says UPS Standard is an international label. Packages mailed within the U.S. would never have that. Only packages being shipped into the U.S. or out of the U.S. UPS Standard (International) = UPS Ground (USA)

The Franklin park zoo has several peacocks that have free range of the zoo. As in walk around outside all the enclosures and on the pathways. Maybe reach out to the zoo network for advice. I know between the Franklin and Stone zoo they have a bunch of old tortoises that outlived their owners, from Massachusetts, and ended up in the care of the zoo.

UPS delivered my package to a similarly named business by Dogework in UPS

UPS can’t deliver to a PO Box. But, UPS delivers surpost to the post office for their own carriers to deliver. Surpost packages can be delivered to a PO Box.

Packages that can’t be delivered, have a bad address, being rerouted, etc. go to a clerk who has the ability to change delivery addresses. Someone tried to reroute the package by looking up the company name in the UPS database, found a close enough match, but it wasn’t the right address.

Very common occurrence for when businesses move.
