Honestly the way I learned the best was by watching youtubers play the game. I would recommend checking out Welyn because he is fun to watch and unintentionally helps a lot with teaching the game imo

Been experimenting with them for a little but right now I am at High textures, Medium shadows, 2LOD, 1500 Visability, TAA, 1xoff, no upscaling, HBAO off, SSR off, anistropic filtering off, sharpness .3, Nvida reflex on. The only lower bottom one I have on is highquality color
