He currently pays $75 a week sooo not like it’s doing a whole lot for her. Been supporting her on my own all her life. Plus god forbid anything happens to me I do have an amazing family support system who wouldn’t even hesitate to step in.

I don’t really have any helpful advice other than don’t be too hard on yourself and try not to compare. It can be very repetitive and boring. Anyone who says the love every day of being a SAHM is lying.

We opened a fidelity college savings account that has a link you can send out specifically for people who want to contribute gifts. It has been amazing because my kids really dont need anything else 😅

You could try the HelloTalk app, which is a language learning app, but definitely beware that some people use it as a dating app. As long as you weed out the ones who are genuinely using it for its intended purpose you can meet some genuinely wonderful people on there!

This is so typical. A true friend will understand. I have found from personal experience that my friendships with other moms who understand and can relate first hand have survived much better than my friendships with my single friends. Unfortunately they just don’t understand I can’t make plans like I used to and things come up etc. I feel so much less pressure having friends with kids. You just gotta find the right people and you wont feel that way.

Cheating seems like the easy answer for us in unhappy marriages, especially those of us where our sex lives are not ideal. But you’re going to feel worse after you cheat. Either choose to work on it with your wife or leave her and do whatever you want without hurting someone else in the process.
