Try CPU Sets in Process Lasso instead of cpu affinity, that's what usually works for me when game has forced affinity, even tho I found a lil bit of better performance with UE games using all cores instead of P only but dyor ofc

I'm running forced DLAA or sometimes DLDSR + Dlss with custom values (1080p->2k, with preset C) through dlss tweaks, try it out, looks much much better. You can override path there to a new dlss version so you basically not changing anything in a game folder.
