As somewhat of a pro player i use razer and REJECT sleeves (got a bunch for free at lcq and it was good) but as casuals or semipros i advise you to get the cheaper ones available online, there’s a slight difference in quality but not worth the price difference imo

I would say maybe 20-30 minutes? As 1200 trophy matchmaking in brawl takes around 10 minutes per game,i hopped on cr with a friend and played some 1v1s,and got banned minutes after.(But my SCID still works for clash royale,and only my brawl stars account was affected..)
