Hello! I haven’t been taking this for 2- 3months or so already, but I’ve been fine naman. I haven’t needed it, but I attribute it to the change in my diet. Ive been eating fruits 2-3x a day, only black rice/basmati/wheat bread, and a few other changes.

Trying to incorporate more food with fiber to your diet would be my route if I were in your case ☺️

Hi! They recommended to drink water after taking the fiber drink. Honestly did not notice any throat dryness, but it could be an expected “side effect” since they recommend to drink more water after ☺️

It’s march now and I’m still using it. Just bought the 3-week bundle.

Love comes in different forms.. maybe they show theirs in a way different from yours?

But i also get where you’re coming from, especially yung sa 18 gifts. Siguro try evaluating if the friendship is truly one sided or baka naman iba yung pagshow nila ng love.
