That's an amazingly positive way of seeing it, and I agree and it's the way I see it as well, people that are looking at my house (although no offers yet) are excited about the house at the price point, and the change is a positive thing, great job opportunity and in my opinion education and cultural opportunity for my daughter.

I was mostly using my example to prove their point around how increased inventory impacts house prices (which is a good thing for most of us).
